C’était notre première visite à Florence et j’espérais trouver dans cette visite des informations sur l’histoire de l’art à Florence. Nous n’avons pas été déçus ! Notre guide était fantastique : très aimable, très compétente et cultivée, elle nous a vraiment fait partager ses connaissances et son enthousiasme pour les richesses artistiques de cette ville !
Tout à été parfait ! Horaires respectés, pas d’attente aux 2 musées, l’essentiel a été expliqué de manière très abordable ; quel talent encore une fois pour notre guide ( j’ai malheureusement oublié son nom : merci de me le rappeler et de lui transmettre encore nos remerciements ). Nous avons pu poursuivre notre séjour en complétant par des visites bien éclairées par toutes les explications dont nous avons bénéficié .
Bravo encore pour la qualité de ce tour ! Je n’hésiterai pas à le recommander et à faire encore appel à vous le cas échéant.

I am sorry that I have to complain but, my wife took this tour and half way through it her headphone batteries died. She informed the guide and he said fir her just to stay close. So as she tried to stay close he would walk away and move to fast and she would miss a lot of the tour. I was wondering what you can do about her missing the second half of the tour as it is not her fault the batteries died and the guide was rude.

Good afternoon.
We returned to the UK on 15/2/12 so were unable to use the tickets for the Colosseum or Borghese Gallery.
I appreciate that you are a sales office and not responsible for either of these venues but we found the whole scenario bizarre to say the least.
We wasted most of our first day in Rome, at the grounds of the Borghese gallery. There was a note on the door stating it was closed and would be open at 3pm, so we returned at 3pm and it was still closed, no update. There was just a printed piece of paper stuck to the door of the gallery, no staff member to advise what was happening or even a notice prior to entering the grounds to save time and prevent us having to navigate the icy slopes to get to the closed gallery. There was no one to answer the phones when I rang to see what was happening or when the gallery would next be open and worse there was not even a pre-recorded message to give any information about the closure.
Perhaps you could pass on this review to the people who run the Borghese gallery, after our experience we would certainly not recommend this to friends/family/other travellers if it is this poorly organised. It’s made worse by the fact you have to have a reservation to enter and to have no information available was very poor and unprofessional.
We also found the lack of information at the Colosseum very poor, especially as the reason for its closure was ‘security’? I phoned your office to be told it was closed due to snow which made no sense as we could see no evidence of snow on this day. Surely for a venue of this importance the closure should have been under constant review and opened as soon as it was safe to do so instead of a blanket closure. This was my reason for coming to Rome in the first place and I’m sure like many others it has been a great disappointment.
Once again I appreciate you have no control over these matters but at the very least I hope you pass on how disappointed and unimpressed your customers have been left due to their poor organisation. I know closures happen but to just close the doors is a totally unprofessional way to deal with them and in all my travels I’ve never experienced anything so badly run.
Unfortunately we did not have any access to emails or the internet to read the email you sent to us. We did not use the Colosseum or Borghese gallery tickets so I would appreciate a refund on these tickets as soon as possible.
On a positive note we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Vatican and museums. It was obvious to us the difference in organisation, very very professionally run as you would expect.

Surely for a venue of this importance the closure should have been under constant review and opened as soon as it was safe to do so instead of a blanket closure. This was my reason for coming to Rome in the first place and I’m sure like many others it has been a great disappointment.
Once again I appreciate you have no control over these matters but at the very least I hope you pass on how disappointed and unimpressed your customers have been left due to their poor organisation. I know closures happen but to just close the doors is a totally unprofessional way to deal with them and in all my travels I’ve never experienced anything so badly run.
Unfortunately we did not have any access to emails or the internet to read the email you sent to us. We did not use the Colosseum or Borghese gallery tickets so I would appreciate a refund on these tickets as soon as possible.
On a positive note we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Vatican and museums. It was obvious to us the difference in organisation, very very professionally run as you would expect.
